LatestMarketing Wi-Fi: turn guest Wi-Fi into a list of people the hotel can reach.
New7
- A sign-in page for the hotel's Wi-Fi. The hotel's router sends a guest's phone to a short page in the hotel's name and colours, in Khmer or English. The guest signs in with Telegram or a phone number and is let online. Nothing to install.
- The box to receive offers is never ticked for the guest and is not a condition of getting online. A hotel can also let guests connect without signing in.
- Works with a MikroTik hotspot router: the PMS page prints the address to put in the router's login page and the commands for the router, ready to copy. For any other router, the page shows the Wi-Fi name and password after sign-in.
- A new Marketing Wi-Fi page in the PMS for the hotel admin: switch it on, set the router, the session length and a welcome line; see the contact list with search, who opted in, who also booked with the hotel and how many times each person came; save the list as a spreadsheet; take a person off the marketing list or erase them.
- One Telegram message to everyone who opted in, at most one a day, headed by the hotel's name and ending with how to stop. The page shows how many people it reached. Typed phone numbers are kept on the list but never messaged, because nothing proves they belong to the guest.
- Sending
/stopto the bot takes a person off the marketing list at every hotel, and so does blocking the bot. - A Marketing Wi-Fi module in the owner portal, on for every hotel and off in each hotel until its admin switches it on, and a section on the marketing site's Features page with a matching choice in its contact form.
